A rural Muncie man is accused of stealing credit cards from a woman and damaging her car. Police say 29 year old Nickolas Hatfield knows the alleged victim and the incident happened last month. They say the woman confronted Hatfield about the theft and he reportedly threatened her and struck her car with his pick up.
