Three Portland residents charged in connection with a meth and marijuana seizure in Portland. Police went to a home on the 700 block of East Water Street and found drugs and paraphernalia. Under arrest, 49 year old James Nunn, 26 year old Andrea Dugan, and 27 year old Bradley Allen Nunn, plus a man from Ohio.
