A former reserve officer with the Eaton Police Department is charged with intimidation over comments she made to Indiana State Police troopers while off-duty following a minor car accident. The Muncie paper reports 45 year old Jaime Burris of Yorktown faces a felony initimidation charge which carries up to 30 months in prison.
