The Henry County Area Drug Task Force managed to make an arrest right at the county jail recently. The Star Press reports 51 year old Ralph Evans had an arrest warrant out on him and task force members learned he was planning to visit an inmate, so they waited and he was arrested when he got there. They say Evans had a bag of crystal meth on him at the time he was taken into custody.
