Plans are underway to convert the area where a swimming pool was located in what was then Wilson Middle School into an inhouse rehabilitation facility for those with mental health and addiction issues. The Star Press reports Delaware County Commissioners say it will be called “The Delaware County Justice and Rehabilitation Center. “
