A Muncie man is charged after police say they found methamphetamine, heroin and paraphernalia in his southside apartment.
31 year old Donnie Lee Shaw Jr., is being held under a $57,500 bond, reports the Star Press, preliminarily charged with dealing in meth, dealing in heroin, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of paraphernalia.
