Parts of Muncie’s southside were placed under a 24-hour boil water advisory as valves are being replaced Thursday at 22nd Street and Mock Avenue, along with Mock Avenue and 21st Street. According to the Star Press the project began at 9 a.m., and those in the area might also experience service interruption or low water pressure. The repairs are expected to take eight hours to complete.
