A man found unconscious, on a Walmart bathroom floor, with a syringe in his arm. Police say it happened at a store on E. Greenville Pike recently, resulting in the arrest of that man, 36 year old Justin Franklin, who overdosed and was found to be carrying quantities of meth and heroin on him.
