A Muncie teenager is charged in a June homicide. A 16 year old is facing charges in the death of 21 year old Martel Jones-Lampkins who died three days after he was found shot in Heekin Park. The suspect is being held at the Delaware County Juvenile Detention Center, but prosecutors say the teen will be tried as an adult.
