60 years behind bars for William Balfour lll in connection with a murder conviction. Last month, a jury found him guilty in the 2015 shooting death of 18 year old Christian Orebaugh. The Star Press reports Orebaugh was shot in the back during an attempted robbery in his West 23rd Street home in which Balfour and others targeted drugs, cash and guns from the victim.
