When Muncie resident Kevanus Hopson was arrested four years ago, authorities say they found $60,000 worth of cocaine in his vehicle. He was sentenced this week to 15 years behind bars, reports the Star Press, with eight years of incarceration to be followed by seven years on probation. Also, the judge recommended Hopson participate in an extensive substance-abuse program while in prison, which could lead to a modification in his sentence.
