The former administrator of the Muncie Sanitary District will reportedly plead guilty to a corruption-related charge. The Star Press reports Debra “Nikki” Grigsby would be sentenced at the same Aug. 26 hearing after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud, relating to the awarding of bids in exchange for cash bribes and kickbacks.
