A 15-year-old boy is under arrest in the fatal shooting of 22 year old Montana Lopez just over a week ago. Police say Lopez was found fatally shot on the 1300 block of West Abbott Street near the Ball State University Campus. The investigation is ongoin, reports the Star Press, and police haven’t released a motive for the shooting.
