The second phase of the Morrison Road Sidewalk Project is officially underway. According to the Star Press, it will add footpaths along the north side of McGalliard Road and will help tie into Ball State’s trail network, as well as trails near Sugarbush Apartments and the Northest YMCA. It will also allow foot traffic to move safely along McGalliard Road between Tillotson and Oakwood Avenue.
