Accused Killer Had Reportedly Been In Police Custody The Day Prior On A Different Charge

Turns out police had an alleged killer in custody on a different charge, the day before he’s accused of killing a man with a shotgun. 28 year old Brandon Hodge was arrested on February 27th for allegedly stealing lottery tickets. The next day, he allegedly shot and killed Robert Scott lll in a backyard near the victim’s home in the 2200 block of West Ninth Street.
