A Muncie man who ran a batting cage and mini golf course for many years says a week killer he used caused his cancer. David Hinkle has filed suit against Bayer, parent company to the developer of Roundup, along with the Muncie Rural King store, where he frequently bought the product. Hinkle used the product for decades, including at his home and business.
