The coronavirus has claimed the Golden Corral restaurant in Anderson. The past few months have been difficult on the industry as a whole, but especially on buffet style establishments that allow customers to serve themselves from a common supply of food. A notice posted on the door at Golden Corral, 6315 S. Scatterfield Road, says the buffet-style restaurant has closed “due to the business impact of COVID-19.”
