Muncie Mayor Dan Ridenour is holding a Thursday morning press conference at which time he is expected to announce leadership changes for the city. A report in the Star Press indicates the mayor may be naming a vice mayor, a position which was eliminated under former Mayor Sharon McShurley’s time in office.
