Charges face two Muncie residents in connection with the heroin overdose death of a local woman. The Star Press reports 31 year old Vera Renee Morgan and 35 year old Michael Tyler Schoeff are charged with dealing in a narcotic drug resulting in death. The charges stem from the Oct. 17 death of a 32-year-old Muncie woman who, police say, bought heroin from Morgan.
