The owner of All Steel Carports, Ignacio Chavez-Castillo, has been arrested on charges that he conspired to “entice and harbor illegal aliens to work for him and laundered money through personal and company bank accounts. The Star Press reports federal agents allege that the vast majority of his employees are illegal aliens, brought here to work at All Steel.
