Police say a Muncie man who was apparently unable to stop moving his hands in and out of his vehicle caught the attention of police and it led to his arrest. 43 year old Jessie Vernon was stopped and police say they found cocaine and methamphetamine on his passenger, 49 year old Tamara Trent of Muncie. She claimed he gave her the drugs to hide. He said he was unaware there were drugs in the vehicle.
