A Muncie man sentenced to 10 years in prison in October 2017 is getting out. 39 year old Rashid Ross was convicted of dealing narctoics, and late last week, a judge agreed to suspend the remainder of his sentence. Ross will, however, be on probation until 2024. He completed a treatment program for substance abusers while incarcerated, reports the Star Press.
