Muncie Man Files Federal Suit Alleging Police Physical Abuse During Arrest

A Muncie man arrested two years ago says he was physically abused by police officers. 49 year old Lonnie Gannom has filed a federal lawsuit claiming one officer kneed him in the head and and neck and used a taser on him without justification, and another officer kneed him as well. A third officer is accused of filing a false report about what happened.
