Former Muncie Man Accused Of Killing Wife

A man who once lived in Muncie is charged in Michigan with killing his ex wife. The arrest of 36 year old Randy Halstead Jr. comes after his wife’s body was found in their home about 60 miles north of South Bend. The victim, 48 year old Kimberly Kay Halstead, was also a former Muncie resident.
