A Muncie man shot to death by police early Sunday had a fake gun, say State Police. It started at about 2am when police got word of a possibly suicidal man sitting in his car on the south side. That man was identified as 30 year old Taylor Warner who got out what looked like a handgun and pointed it at an officer. Warner did not follow commands to drop the gun and police fired at him.
