Two more arrests have been made in a number of break ins at an area storage unit facility. 41 year old Justin Hudson and 47 year old Melissa Miller, both of the 1600 block of South Delaware County Road 400-E, were cuffed Monday night in connection with burglaries taking place at Storage Express on E. Centennial Avenue back in June.
