Is a chicken headed to a backyard near you? Muncie city code currently bans it, but a proposal going before the city’s land and traffic committee this month would allow for chickens in backyards. It would now allow roosters, geese, turkeys or ducks, nor goats, pigs or cattle, reports the Star Press.
