Absentee ballots are expected to play a key role in the 2020 primary election in Indiana, with the date of the election having been moved to June 2. According to the Star Press, Delaware County Clerk Rick Spangler said he is expecting a lot of the election to be done by absentee ballots for the primary, although he is still pushing for as much in-person voting as possible.
