A Muncie man accused of spitting on another customer at the northside Walmart store is facing charges. Police say 70 year old Ralph Bernard Hannon is charged with battery by bodily waste. The Star Press reports Hannon and a 43-year-old Delaware County woman were among the customers waiting for groceries in a pickup area outside the store and Hannon got upset when his order was delayed, leading to the incident.
