A Muncie man found driving a stolen car was cuffed after trying to flee from police. 33 year old Ronnie Wayne Boykin Jr. was tracked down on foot on the 2200 block of South Grant Street. On Star had been used to track his movements while in the vehicle, because police say he stole it from a local leasing firm.
