Five more positive cases of novel coronavirus have been confirmed in Delaware County and the first yet surfaced in Jay County. The Star Press reports the Jay County patient is recovering at home, but no word on that person’s age or gender. Blackford is now the only county in East Central Indiana and also one of only nine statewide that hasn’t recorded a positive case yet.
