A Muncie man is accused of sexually assaulting a woman he knows in her home. 27 year old Richard of the 1900 block of East 16th Street, is charged with rape. The Star Press reports the woman told Sherell he could watch a movie at her home early on March 15th, and says she did consent to a sexual encounter, but that Sherell then repeatedly sexually assaulted her.
