An appeal has been filed by opponents of a proposed drug treatment center in Anderson. The Board Of Zoning Appeals approved a 100 bed facility for men-only at the former Mockingbird Hill site. The appeal claims the facility would jeopardize the safety, security and comfort of the community and interfere with quality of life.
