At today’s regular Muncie Sanitary District meeting, President Bill Smith explained that the long standing policy of “three minutes of open microphone” at each meeting continues to be disallowed, while the lawsuit against the District is pending. Citizens with problems with their sewer bill, or service, go to the Sanitary District office during regular business hours. The meeting adjourned after about four minutes.
