He’s behind bars for allegedly running down another man and killing him, but 41 year old Aaron Harmon wants his car back. He says in a suit that his 2011 Cadillac is being held at Northwest Towing & Recovery at 2900 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Harmon is charged with murder in the Oct. 19 death of 44-year-old Matthew Paul Smith, also of Muncie.
