U.S. Marshals have arrested a second suspect in Muncie’s first homicide of 2020. 18-year-old Kevoszia Winston was captured at an apartment complex on South Columbus Avenue in Anderson Saturday night. Winston was wanted in connection with the shooting death of 19-year-old Seth Barton at a west side Muncie apartment last Thursday.
