Another delay is being requested by attornies for former Muncie Mayor Dennis Tyler in his federal theft trial. Tyler was arrested in November, charged with theft of government funds. His trial was originally set for this week, then delayed until May 26th. Now his lawyers are looking for another delay because both attornies will be out of the country for a conference on that date.
