Fans of Muncie’s Texas Roadhouse will be happy to know the steakhouse on McGalliard Road will remain open while the new one is being built. The Star Press reports the new location is being constructed right next door where ALDI used to stand. Built in 1986, the current store originally served as a Sizzler. Ten years later, it was converted to a Roadhouse.
