In a meeting that lasted less than 7 minutes, the Muncie Sanitary District approved adding another holiday for staff, revised their social media policies without discussion, approved the Officers for 2019, but refused to discuss the suit filed by the Muncie mayor’s administration saying the board is breaking state law by not vacating a seat for the newly-appointed city engineer. District President Bill Smith ended with “the meeting is adjourned, we’re outta here.”
