A health center is opening at Southside Middle School, a partnership between Meridian Health Services and Muncie Community Schools. Scheduled opening is in April. The center will be staffed by a nurse practitioner, a nurse and a clinical social worker to provide physical, mental and social well-being health care, according to the Star Press.
