A Winchester woman has been accused of selling meth to an informant for the Randolph County Sheriff’s Department. According to the Star Press, 32-year-old Christina Fraze is accused of selling what was supposed to be a quarter-ounce of the drug to the informant outside the Winchester McDonald’s last April.
