A Hartford City man is accused of stealing a handgun during a visit to an acquaintance’s home. The Star Press reports 27-year-old Harry Bice is charged with theft of a firearm, a Level 6 felony carrying up to 30 months in prison. The .40-caliber handgun was found to be in possession of Bice – who had recently visited the owner’s home.
