A Muncie man is charged with having cocaine in his car, along with two kids he was watching. 30 year old Dustin Latrell-Terrence Mitchell was arrested after a traffic stop at Eighth Street. A K-9 officer alerted police to marijuana as well. The two children in the car were both under the age of 10.
