State Files To Collect Crash Damages

The state of Indiana has filed a Delaware County lawsuit against an Indianapolis man and his employer over a traffic accident on Interstate 69. The suit contends that the driver crashed on I-69 and destroyed 100 to 150 feet of the cable barrier system. The state is seeking more than 2-thousand-500-dollars in damages.
