Solar Farm Moratorium Set At 6 Months

The Madison County Planning Commission has agreed to extend the moratorium on development of a large-scale solar farm for six months.  According to the Herald Bulletin, the Planning Commission voted unanimously Monday to accept the change voted on by the Madison County Board of Commissioners on Nov. 25 to reduce the moratorium from one year to six months.
