Police say a New Castle man threatened his ex-wife and used an ax to smash her bedroom window. 33 year old Joshua Reuter is charged with intimidation, criminal mischief and public intoxication. It’s alleged late last week, he also called the victim and threw furniture from her front porch toward her car.
