Police say a New Castle man threatened his ex-wife and used an ax to smash her bedroom window. 33 year old Joshua Reuter is charged with intimidation, criminal mischief and public intoxication. It’s alleged late last week; he also called the victim and threw furniture from her front porch toward her car.
