Police say a Muncie teen is accused of breaking into a home while armed. It happened at a residence on the 900 block of West Neely Avenue back in June. Surveillance footage shows 18 year old Billy James Orr lll breaking into the residence, grabbing some items and taking off. He’s facing felony counts.
