A Muncie man who police say fired a shotgun at a vehicle occupied by his estranged wife and her boyfriend is under arrest. 23 year old Willis Clark Jr is charged with criminal recklessness while armed with a deadly weapon and pointing a firearm, reports the Star Press. The incident unfolded outside a home on the 2600 block of East Brookway Drive. The vehicle the victims were in was damaged but they were not hurt.
