Ivy Tech Community College has dedicated its new George and Frances Ball Building. The set up includes a cafe, a chocolate laboratory and public access to French cuisine, reports the Star Press. The first floor will house the culinary school: the faculty/student-operated Chesterfield’s Cafe; a baking laboratory including the chocolate lab; and the culinary lab accommodating 16 cooking stations and walk-in freezers.
